Taking into consideration the fact that outsourcing, outstaffing and recruiting services market competitiveness increases Blagoda faced the necessity to develop Quality Management System – integrated, standardized system accounting all the factors influencing HR-service quality level.

The system was grounded on the following four streamlines:

3) Documentation and standardization

Each of these constituent parts contains a number of parameters which are developed and are subject to further analysis and evaluation.
